Fulfillment
We are sourcing multiple factories & fulfillment center in order to fulfill your order. We are making sure we're getting the best materials for each item we're selling.
Each of our products are made to order and can take from 2-6 weeks to be made.
Please be aware of this fact as we want to provide unique quality products instead of keeping a limited amount of items in stock.
Shipping
After fulfillment has been done, we're shipping our products everywhere in the United States as soon as possible using multiple carriers depending on your location: USPS, UPS, Fedex, etc.
Returns
We're not accepting free returns, unless the delivered product is defective. We're a small boutique merch store and every item is made to order, which makes it very difficult for us to accept free returns at this time.
You can return an un-used product within 15 days but you will have to pay for shipping to our warehouse. You will then get a refund of the item price (not including shipping). We plan to revisit this policy whenever our organization grows enough to be able to accept free returns.
